We stay at the forefront of what drives performance, sharing our research, growing our reach and building new capabilities to meet the needs of our clients.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior/Project Architect who have Strong flair for interior design and workplace trends with a global perspective to lead design integration, technical documentation, and BIM/VDC workflows for workplace and corporate interior projects. This role involves coordinating across disciplines, delivering technical excellence, and driving innovation through advanced tools and processes.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Integration & Technical CoordinationLead design integration across interior, architecture, structure, and MEPF systems using BIM tools.Develop detailed technical designs, construction documentation, and spatial visualizations.Ensure coordination of integrated elements such as acoustics, lighting, branding, and AV/IT.Conduct quality checks and audits for design and documentation accuracy.Manage integration of building services with design elements.BIM/VDC ImplementationDevelop and execute BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) for projects.Drive adoption of tools like Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, SketchUp, Enscape, Trimble Connect, and ACC/BIM 360 for model coordination and clash resolution.Create, develop and manage the BIM model, specifications, and design workflows.Project ManagementManage project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.Monitor workflows, report progress, and implement process improvements.Support risk identification, quality management, and project close-out activities.Documentation and ReportingPrepare technical packages, tender documents, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).Ensure compliance with international standards (EMEA/ North America) through accurate documentation.Collaborate with site teams and vendors to address technical challenges during execution.Training & MentorshipMentor junior team members on BIM workflows, technical design, and industry best practices.Conduct training sessions to enhance team proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and technical detailing.Stay updated on advancements in BIM technology, sustainability practices, and construction methodologies.Qualifications and ExperienceEducation:Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s in Architecture/Management preferred).Experience:6-8 years of experience in architectural design, technical detailing, and BIM/VDC project integration.Proven track record of delivering workplace/corporate interior projects.Experience working on global projects, particularly in EMEA and North America.Technical Skills:Proficiency in tools like Autodesk Revit & SketchUp experience with visualization using Enscape from both software is essential.Extensive experience of tools like Navisworks, Trimble Connect, and ACC/BIM 360 for clash coordination.Expertise in technical drawings & construction documentation for interior project across EMEA & North America.Strong understanding of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and IFC standards for interoperability.Soft Skills:Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to design challenges.Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.Why Join Us?Collaborate with global teams on high-profile projects across continents.Work in an innovative environment that leverages the latest in BIM/VDC tools and sustainable design practices.Enjoy a culture that prioritizes learning, mentorship, and career development.Contribute to shaping the future of workplace design with technology-driven solutions.Introduction to the VDC TeamThe AIBIM team at M Moser transforms how workplace projects are delivered.
