QA Engineer 1 – L2 (Manual & Automation)Location & Type: Delhi, Full-timeCTC Range (LPA): 11.25 - 13.50Role Summary We are looking for an L2 QA Engineer with hands-on experience in manual and automated testing for web platforms and technical products. The role requires independent test execution, ownership of assigned modules, and contribution to automation and release quality.Key Responsibilities:Manual TestingDesign and execute test cases based on product requirementsPerform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testingValidate UI/UX behavior, workflows, and edge casesIdentify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction stepsParticipate in requirement and release readiness reviewsAutomation Testing Write and maintain automated test scripts for critical flowsIdentify test scenarios suitable for automationExecute automation suites and analyze failuresSupport integration of tests into CI/CD pipelinesProduct & Platform QualityTest end-to-end user journeys across modulesValidate APIs and backend workflowsCollaborate with developers for issue triage and fixesEnsure quality standards are met before release Must Have Skills 2-4 years of experience in Manual & Automation TestingStrong understanding of SDLC / STLCExperience testing web-based platforms or SaaS productsHands-on experience with: -Test case creation & execution -Bug tracking and reportingAutomation experience with any one: -Selenium / Playwright / CypressProgramming knowledge in Java / JavaScript / PythonAPI testing experience (Postman or equivalent)Familiarity with Git and Agile workflows Good to Have CI/CD exposureBasic SQL or data validation skillsPerformance or security testing exposure Experience working in product-focused teamsExpectationsOwn quality for assigned features or modulesDeliver reliable test coverage for releasesBalance manual and automation testing effectivelyCollaborate closely with engineering and product teams
