Forward Deployed Engineer

Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Forward Deployed Engineer|| Noida with 4+ years of experience.As a Forward Deployed Engineer you’ll work on delivering world class Voice AI Agents for our customers. We are about 550+ people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other GenAI areas.Responsibilities:Partner with sales to engage clients to gather requirements, rapidly prototype demos, and present system designs.Become go-to experts on building voice AI solutions, especially LLM prompting tips & tricks.Own full life cycle of building agents. Customer collaboration > Defining Agent outcomes > Agent Config & Prompt design > Testing > Deployment & data pipelining > Monitoring > Iterate.Build full-stack integrations (Python, JavaScript) with enterprise tools (e.g. CRMs, ERPs, scheduling tools)Travel & work from customer office to fastrack AI Agent deployments.Act as a technical conduit between customers needs & SquadStack platformCodify reusable patterns into tools or platform components.Translate field feedback into actionable product and GTM recommendations.Develop runbooks, code templates, and training sessions for customer facing teams, ensuring self-sufficiency post-handoff.Must-Have Skills:AI-native mindsetStrong demand side thinker (JTBD) with product taste. You are not merely implementation focussed.Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field2-4 years of experience in software development & AI applications. Strong hold over at least one programming language.Solid understanding of prompt engineering patternsStrong communication and presentation skills. Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audienceComfortable working fullstack.
