This includes CRM, communication tools, AI services, and internal databases. Your work will ensure that conversations, interactions, and events across systems are reliably captured, processed with AI, stored in structured databases, and made accessible to leadership and operational teams.This role is ideal for a highly technical, systems-oriented engineer who enjoys working at the intersection of APIs, automation, data pipelines, and AI-powered workflows. You will play a critical role in building scalable internal infrastructure that supports decision-making, accountability, and long-term growth across Dozti and its portfolio companies.Responsibilities:Design and implement integrations between systems such as HubSpot, RingCentral, Zoom, email platforms, AI services, and internal tools.Build and maintain event-driven automation workflows using tools such as n8n and custom scripts.Capture call, meeting, and message data; generate AI-based transcripts, summaries, and metadata; and store outputs in structured databases (PostgreSQL).Design and maintain clean, scalable database schemas for interaction and operational data.Sync structured data back into CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) using custom objects, timeline events, or APIs.Ensure reliability through proper error handling, retries, logging, and monitoring.Work closely with operations and leadership to translate business workflows into technical systems.Document systems, workflows, and integration logic for long-term maintainability.Continuously evaluate and integrate new tools or platforms as the organization evolves.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).5+ years of experience in systems integration, automation engineering, or backend engineering roles.Strong experience working with APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and third-party SaaS integrations.Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Workato, Tray.io, or similar.Strong working knowledge of PostgreSQL or other relational databases.Experience integrating or working with AI/LLM services (e.g., transcription, summarization, voice AI).Proficiency in at least one backend scripting language (Node.js or Python preferred).Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Nice-to-Have Skills:Experience integrating voice or communication platforms (Vapi AI, Twilio, RingCentral, Zoom).Familiarity with RevOps or CRM data models.Experience building internal dashboards or reporting layers.Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure).Exposure to data analytics or metrics instrumentation.What We Offer:Opportunity to architect and own core internal systems used across multiple businesses.Competitive compensation based on experience and location.Fully remote work environment with flexibility and autonomy.High-impact role with visibility across leadership and portfolio companies.Long-term growth opportunities as Dozti scales its technology and operational platform.A culture focused on quality, ownership, and building systems that last.How to Apply:Please send your resume and a brief note highlighting your experience with automation, API integrations, and systems architecture to [email protected] Requirement:This role requires fluent, high-level English proficiency (spoken and written).
