Our team tackles the industry’s toughest challenges: creating high-efficiency, high-voltage architectures with best-in-class power density and ruggedized protection for next-gen motion control.The ChallengeAs a Design Lead, you will bridge the gap between complex system specs and silicon reality. You will own the development of Isolation family products, integrating precise signal chains with high-power delivery and smart diagnostic protection.Primary ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Ownership: Develop chip-level architectures from datasheet/system specs.Design & Verification: Lead full-block and top-level schematics, simulations, and design verification.Strategic Leadership: Manage design and layout activities, including technical mentoring and schedule tracking.Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with ATE, Test, and Characterization teams to ensure seamless silicon bring-up and debug.Ruggedization: Ensure designs meet stringent ESD, Latch-up, and Emission specifications for harsh environments.QualificationsExperience: 5+ years of Power Management or Analog IC Design.Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s/Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering.Technical Edge:Deep expertise in analog building blocks and power management circuits.Proven ability to execute complex mixed-signal designs from Concept to PG.Strong background in Silicon Debug and Characterization.Soft Skills: Exceptional mentoring, communication, and team-leadership abilities.
