Full Stack Engineer

We're looking for an entrepreneurial, passionate, and driven Mobile Engineer to join Startup Gala Intelligence backed by Navneet Tech Ventures, as our technical co-pilot. As we're building our technology platform from scratch, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape our technology vision, architecture, and engineering culture right from the ground up. You’ll directly contribute to foundational development and establish best practices, while eventually building and leading our engineering team.This role is ideal for someone eager to own the entire tech stack, who thrives on early-stage challenges, and loves building innovative, scalable solutions from day zero.What you'll do:Build and ship user-facing product features across web and mobileDesign, implement, and scale backend services with a strong focus on performance and reliabilityDevelop clean, intuitive frontend experiencesContribute to mobile applications (React Native / Android / iOS)Work closely with product and design to define and refine requirementsTurn ambiguous problems into clear, scalable technical solutionsContinuously iterate based on user feedback and product metricsWho you are:Technical Requirements:4+ years of experience building and shipping real-world productsStrong backend fundamentals (APIs, databases, system design, performance)Solid frontend development experienceMobile app exposure is a strong plusExcellent problem-solving and debugging skillsComfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environmentsWillingness and ability to learn new technologies (including Go, if needed)Strong ownership mindset and product thinkingBonus Points:Have built products from scratch (0 → 1)Have worked in early-stage startupsEnjoy mentoring and raising the engineering barCare deeply about user experience and system qualityWho We Are & Our Culture:Gala Intelligence, backed by Navneet Tech Ventures, is a tech-driven startup dedicated to solving one of the most pressing business challenges—fraud detection and prevention.
