Role Description We are hiring anArtificial Intelligence Engineer – Internto help us build the next generation of agentic workflows at JenXAI. This role is focused on designing and developingAI agents in n8n , connecting them to back-end services, and exposing them through simple, intuitive front-end experiences. You will work closely with founders, AI engineers and product/marketing teams to convert real business use cases into end-to-end agents that automate workflows across the ecosystem – from lead capture and onboarding to operations, support and reporting. Location:Dubai / Delhi / Remote (India or UAE time zones) Type:Full-time Internship (3–6 months, with potential full-time offer) Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build and maintain AI agents and workflows usingn8nand related automation tools Integrate LLMs (e.g. OpenAI) with external APIs, databases, CRMs, communication channels (email, WhatsApp, Slack, etc.) and internal systems Develop secureback-end endpoints(REST APIs / webhooks) that expose agent functionality and handle authentication, validation and error handling Collaborate with front-end developers (or build simple UIs yourself) to create dashboards, forms and chat interfaces for interacting with agents Help createindustry-specific agent templates(e.g. restaurant ordering & loyalty agents, banking/fintech onboarding agents, SaaS onboarding & churn-prevention agents, support agents, analytics/reporting agents) Monitor and improve agent performance by analysing logs, edge cases and business KPIs, and iterating on prompts and workflow design Document flows, prompts, configurations and SOPs so agents can be reused, scaled and handed over to clients or internal teams Stay updated with the latest in LLMs, agent frameworks and workflow automation and suggest improvements to our internal stack QualificationsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree inComputer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Software Engineering, ITor related field Solid programming skills inJavaScript/TypeScript or Python Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP and basic back-end concepts Familiarity with at least one front-end framework (React / Next.js / Vue or similar), or strong willingness to learn Basic understanding of LLMs and generative AI (prompting, tokens, context, calling AI APIs from code) Exposure to workflow/automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.); hands-on n8n experience is a strong plus Bonus: experience with databases, vector search / RAG, analytics dashboards, or integrating third-party tools (CRMs, email, WhatsApp, payment gateways, etc.) Soft Skills & MindsetSystems thinker – you like turning messy real-world processes into clean, automated workflows Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment Clear communication skills – able to explain your solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Curiosity about agentic AI, automation and building practical solutions that deliver measurable business impact What We OfferStipend-based internshipfor the duration of the program 3–6 month internship with a chance to convert to a full-timeAI / Automation Engineerrole based on performance Flexibility to work fromDubai, Delhi or Remote(within compatible India/UAE time zones) Exposure to real client projects across multiple industries and geographies.
