ELV / IoT Service Engineer – NCR

We are looking for a hands-on ELV / IoT Service Engineer to join our team in NCR. If you have strong experience in commissioning, servicing, and basic software calibration of IoT/ELV systems — we want to meet you!What You’ll Do Service, troubleshoot, and maintain small IoT & ELV systems at client sites. Perform on-site software calibration, device configuration, and basic commissioning. Carry out regular preventive maintenance and respond to service calls. Travel to local NCR customer sites as part of daily responsibilities. Prepare service reports, get customer signatures, and submit them for monthly variable payout. Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and spare-part needs.What We’re Looking For 5–6 years of field experience in ELV systems, IoT devices, access control, sensors, controllers, basic networking, etc. Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware + basic software. Ability to work independently at customer sites. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related field. Must be open to daily in-city travel.
