Job description Job description Job Title: Site Engineer (Electrical) Location: As per project requirements (PAN India) Experience: 3-4 years in site execution Key Responsibilities: Site Execution: Manage and oversee Electrical and MEP work for industrial projects. Execute high and low side electrical works, including cable laying, cable tray installation, earthing, lightning arrestors (LA), and external lighting. Project Coordination: Plan and arrange manpower and materials to ensure site readiness and adherence to project schedules. Supervise on-site activities and coordinate with teams for smooth project execution. Technical Skills: Prepare and interpret technical drawings using AutoCAD. Use MS Office tools for documentation and project tracking. Provide technical input and troubleshooting support during project execution. Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with contractors, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project goals are met. Resolve on-site challenges proactively to minimize delays. Readiness for Mobilization: Be prepared for mobilization to various project sites as per requirements. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Experience: 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Electrical and MEP work, especially in industrial projects. Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of high and low side electrical work, including cable laying, earthing, and external lighting. Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is mandatory. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additional Information: The position is site-based and requires flexibility to work at different project locations.
