Job Description for Desktop Support Engineer Profile : Desktop Support Engineer Number of Requirements : 01 Location of Deputation : New Delhi Experience Range : 6 months - 1 year Salary Range : 20,000-25,000 Education Qualifications : B.Tech. / B.E. / M.C. A Job Description Skills required: 1. Should have good knowledge of Group policy in windows 2. Should have windows-OS administrator skills. 3. Should have a good Knowledge of Networking 4. Should have good knowledge of Hardware. 5. Should be able to to Assemble and disassemble Systems. 6. Must have good knowledge in configuring/troubleshooting of Networks. 7. Exposure to Firewall, anydesk, and monitoring tools. 8. Must have good knowledge in configuring/troubleshooting of Windows OS. 9. Sound knowledge of SSH, file system architecture, Load Balancer. 10. Should have good knowledge of Powershell. 11. Knowledge of IT Security (data encryption). 12. Should have knowledge of Windows,DHCP,Active Directory,DNS. 13. Windows server will be a plus point. Preferred skills: 1. Demonstrated knowledge of Windows environments. 2. Experience configuring and troubleshooting communication issues between services and applications. 3.
