Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic Techno-Commercial Professional to support our IT infrastructure solutioning and sales functions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of hardware (servers, workstations, networking) & its components, like CPU, Heatsink, RAM, Motherboard, Storage, Chassis, PSU, Raid Controller etc. combined with commercial acumen to manage pricing, proposals, and vendor coordination. Key Responsibilities · Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and costing for client requirements, component wise, (servers, workstations, storage, network, etc.) like CPU, Heatsink, RAM, Motherboard, Storage, Chassis, PSU, Raid Controller etc · Coordinate with ODMs/Distributors (e.g., Gigabyte, Asrockrack, Micron, Samsung, Tech Data, Rashi etc.) for pricing and availability · Support the sales team with solution design, technical presentations, and documentation · Understand customer requirements and convert them into viable technical + commercial proposals · Assist in responding to RFPs/RFQs, government tenders, and private sector requirements · Manage internal approvals, pricing sheets, and profitability margins · Maintain strong knowledge of product offerings and technology trends in the infra space · Engage with procurement, delivery, and support teams for smooth execution of deals Required Skills & Qualifications · Graduate in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or equivalent; MBA is a plus · 4+ years of experience in a techno-commercial / presales / infra sales support role with an SI or OEM · Solid understanding of hardware components used in Servers, Storage, Workstations, Networking, Power Solutions, like CPU, Heatsink, RAM, Motherboard, Storage, Chassis, PSU, Raid Controller etc · Proficiency in Excel, BOM preparation, cost analysis, and vendor negotiation · Excellent communication skills for client and vendor interaction · Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
