Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior Architect to join the leadership team at CP Kukreja Architects. In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of large-scale architectural and urban projects across India and internationally. Success in this position will be defined by your ability to uphold design excellence, mentor project teams, and build strong client relationships. This role is integral to shaping the firm's creative direction and ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion. ResponsibilitiesLead the design development process for complex projects, ensuring alignment with client vision, regulatory frameworks, and design standards Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including urban planners, engineers, and consultants to deliver integrated design solutions Oversee and manage all project phases—from concept design through construction documentation and site execution Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships Guide and mentor mid-level and junior architects, nurturing talent and strengthening team capabilities Review design deliverables to ensure quality, innovation, and adherence to timelines and budgets Represent the firm at client meetings, design reviews, and public presentations QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution 15–20 years of relevant experiencein leading high-value, large-scale projects across sectors (institutional, commercial, urban, cultural, etc.) Strong design portfolio with a demonstrated ability to lead from concept to execution Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Adobe Suite Deep knowledge of building codes, sustainability practices, and construction technologies Excellent leadership, project management, and interpersonal communication skills COA registration required; international exposure or LEED/AP/IGBC certifications are a plusAbout Us CP Kukreja Architects is one of India's leading architecture and urban design firms, known for landmark projects across sectors and geographies.
