Role: Education SpecialistExp Range: 3-8 YrsLocation : Delhi /KolkataOffice Mode : WFORole Overview:We are looking for a passionate and experienced Program Outreach Specialist to join our Experiential Education Technology (EdTech) initiatives. The role involves co-creating learning experiences, engaging with schools, training teachers, and representing the product across Government and Private Schools in India.This role is ideal for energetic individuals who believe in learning beyond textbooks, enjoy interacting with students and school leadership, and are eager to contribute.Key Responsibilities:· Academic & Pedagogical Responsibilitiesü Design, review, and contextualize SDG-aligned learning content for school students (Grades 4–8 or as applicable)ü Ensure content is age-appropriate, experiential, inquiry-driven, and outcome-oriented.ü Integrate project-based learning, real-world problem solving, and reflective practicesü Align learning modules with NEP 2020, life skills, citizenship, and global competencies.· School Engagement & Trainingü Conduct school visits, workshops, demos, and orientation sessions for students, parents, teachers, and school leadersü Train teachers on how to implement the EdTech product effectively in classroomsü Coordinate school level events (launches, pilots, competitions etc.)ü Act as a subject matter ambassador for SDGs and sustainability educationü Collect feedback from schools, share insights and contribute to continuous improvement of the product.· Product & Program Supportü Collaborate with product, content, and technology teamsü Pilot programs in schools and support onboarding of new partner schoolsü Support impact documentation, case studies, and best practices
