Role DescriptionThe Associate Dean for the School of Law will oversee academic initiatives, coordinate faculty and staff development, and ensure curriculum alignment with industry standards. The Associate Dean will support student guidance, promote academic excellence, and collaborate with external stakeholders to enhance the school's reputation. QualificationsStrong academic and teaching leadership skills, with experience in curriculum development and educational policy implementationProfound knowledge of legal education, research methods, and contemporary legal practicesAbility to mentor faculty, promote high-quality teaching, and encourage research and publicationsExcellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skillsExperience in academic administration and stakeholder relationship management is a plusAdvanced degree in law (Ph.D. preferred) and substantial professional or academic experience in the legal fieldProficiency in maintaining institutional compliance with regulatory requirements is an advantage
