Company Description RISE Lab, which stands for Rehab, Instrumentation, and Sensory Engineering Lab, focuses on engineering medical devices to restore lost functionality in individuals with motor disabilities. As part of the Center for Biomedical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi,Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Fellow to lead the hardware planning and development and integration for a multi-channel IMU-based micro-vibration measurement platform. You will be primarily responsible for the analog and embedded aspects of the project, ensuring seamless integration between ST Microelectronics products and third-party hardware.Key Responsibilities: Design and fabricate breakout boards for IMU devices. Develop libraries for multi-IMU integration with ST Microcontrollers (STM32/STSensor TileBox Pro). Implement real-time data acquisition and streaming systems of multi-modal data streams (ECG, EEG) on custom platforms (LabVIEW, MATLAB, Python). Assist in human-subject data collection, development of clinical protocols.Essential Qualifications: B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engg. MUST HAVE hands-on knowledge and demonstrated proficiency of STM32 platforms- multi sensor integration. Embedded C programming knowledge is a must. Excellent knowledge and experience of Python/MATLAB/LabVIEW. Multi-data streaming. Experience in development of GUIs will be preferred.The role will be supported by a sponsored research project from ST Microelectronics.
