Job Title: Admissions Counselor Location: Delhi, India Experience: 2–5 years Employment Type: Full-timeJob Overview: UniHawk is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Admissions Counselor to join our Delhi, India team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding students and families through the admissions process, providing academic and career counseling, and ensuring a smooth and engaging student journey. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders efficiently.Key Responsibilities: Engage with prospective students and parents through calls, emails, and meetings to understand academic goals and recommend suitable programs. Guide students through the complete admissions process, from inquiry to enrollment. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international university admissions processes (UCAS, Common App, OUAC, etc.). Coordinate with the counseling, test prep, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Conduct presentations, workshops, and information sessions for students and parents. Support documentation and application review for eligibility, completeness, and accuracy. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and generate reports for management. Assist in organizing events, school visits, and fairs to promote UniHawk’s programs. Provide timely follow-ups and ensure conversion targets are met.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Business, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or education management. Strong understanding of international higher education systems and student application processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
