AGM / DGM Department: Academics – Centre for Learning and Teaching Location: Delhi Reports To: Director – Academics Type: Full-TimePosition Overview The Centre for Learning & Teaching Excellence (CLTE) is a strategic academic unit established to elevate the quality of teaching, learning, and assessment across higher education programs. The role focuses on designing innovative learning experiences, supporting faculty development, integrating AI and digital tools for instructional enhancement, and strengthening academic quality through data-driven insights. The position requires strong pedagogical expertise, academic coordination capability, event management skills, and high comfort with technology and analytics.Key Responsibilities Learning Design & Pedagogical Innovation Learner data analysis, prepare insightful report for faculty Organize seminar/conference/FDP on learning and teaching Knowledge dissemination, publish newsletters, academic briefs, CLTE updates Network with peers, institutions, research bodies, represent institute at various forums Any other as required and decided by the instituteSkills & Competencies AI and tech fluent, proficiency in excel (dashboard, pivot tables, data analysis) Knowledge of higher education teaching-learning processes Proficient in instructional design, experimental design Familiarity with Outcome Based Education (OBE), academic quality frameworks Documentation ability and academic writing skill Ability to coordinate with faculty, deans, and academic committeesQualifications & Experience Master’s degree or Equivalent in relevant field 5–12 years of experience in higher education teaching-learning enhancement, instructional design, faculty development Experience in designing learning modules, academic events, FDPs Prior experience in managing academic data, analytics, or teaching audits preferred
