Responsibilities & OutcomesAt Plenum, teachers are expected to:Deliver engaging lessons aligned with Cambridge standards and school academic plansSubmit lesson plans on time (≥90%) and track student progress through fair assessments and timely feedbackAct as mentors in discipline, values, and life skills, modeling Plenum’s SCORE values (Standards, Coach, Ownership, Respect, Evolve)Contribute to hostel supervision, student activities, and pastoral care in a boarding school environmentEmbrace professional development, English immersion, and technology adoptionCollaborate with colleagues, parents, and leadership to support student growth4.
