We are now looking for a dynamic and visionary Admission Manager/Director to Create & lead our admissions team and play a key role in shaping the future of our student community. Key Responsibilities:Counsel and guide students and parents regarding university programs, eligibility, career prospects, and admission procedures. Achieve monthly and annual admission targets as assigned by management. Handle inquiries via calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms. Follow up regularly with prospective students and maintain CRM records or Google Sheets for reporting. Participate in outreach activities such as education fairs, school visits, seminars, and telecalling campaigns. Coordinate with the marketing and digital teams for lead generation and promotional campaigns. Maintain proper documentation of student inquiries, applications, and admissions. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Admission Head. Provide post-admission support and ensure smooth onboarding of enrolled students.Who We're Looking For ✅ Minimum 3+ years of experience in education admissions (preferably at the university level). ✅ Proven track record in driving successful student enrollment campaigns. ✅ Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. ✅ Experience in both online and offline admission processes. ✅ Ability to work with CRM systems and digital marketing teams. ✅ A passion for education and student engagement.
