Role Description We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Gym Instructor to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for health, wellness, and helping clients achieve their fitness goals through personalised guidance and professional training. Qualifications * Minimum eight years of professional experience in gym instruction and personal training * Male or female candidates may apply * Strong knowledge of exercise science, strength training, cardio, and functional workouts * Ability to create personalized fitness programs for clients of all age groups * Preferably, Certified fitness trainer from a recognized institution * Sound understanding of nutrition and lifestyle management * Knowledge of injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and modern training techniques * Excellent communication and motivational skills * Professional attitude, punctuality, and discipline * Physically fit and capable of demonstrating exercises correctly * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and retain clients * Commitment to providing a safe, effective, and encouraging workout environment
