We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and quick-learning Academics & Admissions Officer with exceptional follow-up skills, strong coordination abilities, and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure. This role requires managing both academic and admission processes, handling large volumes of student data, ensuring accuracy, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, able to adjust to changing rules and situations, and maintain a positive and professional approach in all interactions. Responsibilities Handle high-pressure, deadline-driven admission and academic processes with accuracy and speed. Coordinate with students, colleges, and internal teams for requirements, updates, and approvals. Manage large datasets in Google Sheets/Excel ensuring 100% accuracy and timely updates. Follow up rigorously with students and institutions for pending documents, fees, and application progress. Maintain up-to-date academic records, student files, and progress tracking sheets. Document & Compliance Management Scan, verify, and organize student documents such as passports, transcripts, certificates, and IDs. Verify educational credentials from various nationalities for eligibility. Stay updated on various visa subclasses, government regulations, and policy changes. Ensure compliance with institutional and departmental rules, regulations, and guidelines. Communication & Follow-up Handle student queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp with fast and accurate responses. Manage professional email communication (Gmail, Outlook, Zoho) including flagging, categorizing, and setting reminders. Convert important communications into calendar events or task lists for deadline tracking. Use mail merge tools for bulk but personalized communication. Qualifications Proficient in advanced Excel/Google Sheets features (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Filters). Comfortable using CRM/student data management systems and digital workflow tools. Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software. Skills & Competencies Required Strong coordination and follow-up skills – relentless in closing tasks. Quick learner with an adjusting nature to adapt to work changes. Excellent English written & verbal communication. Ability to work under pressure and handle high workloads efficiently. Detail-oriented with very high accuracy in data and document handling. Knowledge of English proficiency tests (IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, General English) and score requirements. Understanding of college/university admission processes and intake schedules. Ability to set work priorities and meet strict deadlines. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education or Business preferred). 2–3 years of experience in academics/admissions handling, with exposure to student data management, documentation, and communication in a similar field.
