Early Childhood Educator

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Early Childhood Educator located in New Delhi. The Early Childhood Educator will be responsible for creating and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities, caring for and nurturing children, maintaining a safe and organized learning environment, and communicating effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. The educator will also facilitate the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development of children while adhering to established policies and procedures. Qualifications Interpersonal Skills and the ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues Knowledge of Early Childhood Development and experience working with children Creativity Skills to develop engaging and educational activities Organization Skills to maintain a structured and safe learning environment Patience, flexibility, and adaptability in handling diverse situations Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred First aid and CPR certification is a plus
