Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-up communication. Support the end-to-end admission and enrolment process. Address student inquiries and provide personalized advice and solutions. Organize and conduct career counselling workshops, webinars, and information sessions. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the student experience. Maintain accurate student records and monitor their engagement and progress.Qualifications & Skills:Education : Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Experience : 2–6 years in counselling, admissions, or a related field. Core Skills : Excellent communication, lead generation, and relationship-building skills.
