Shradha HRD, a leading training company is looking for Freelance Voice & Accent and Soft skills trainers based out of Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Pune and Hyderabad.Role & responsibilitiesThe candidate will deliver English language and soft skills, in-person classroom trainings to different cohorts at our the client sitesMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.Conduct a training need analysis as per client needProvide coaching and feedback to trainees to help them come up the learning curveConduct refresher or stratified training for batches that are bottom quartileMaintain key MIS related to all the above activities and ensure 100% compliance on reportsPreferred candidate profileMinimum work experience of 5 years, training in Business communication/English language/Soft skillsFlexibility to work in a shiftExcellent presentation and facilitation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.Trainers should have the necessary documents required for Emp id creation/Background VerificationShould have excellent communications skills and English language skillsProficiency with MS Office Excel, PowerPoint & Word
