Trusted by leading real estate, coworking, and GCC clients across India, we build partnerships grounded in consistency and trust.THE VIBE:We’re looking for a Senior Projects Manager to lead our project management function end-to-end - from internal coordination with design and accounts to external client and vendor communication; ensuring every project runs smoothly, efficiently, and on time.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Leading a team of project managers and site engineers while setting the standard for accountabilityOverseeing 10+ projects simultaneously and ensuring timely, efficient delivery across all stagesManaging communication across clients (over calls and emails majorly), vendors (including finding vendors), design, and accounts teams with clarityDriving decision-making, problem-solving, and on-ground execution to ensure deadlines are met without compromiseWHO YOU ARE:5–10 years of relevant experience (signage / construction industry experience is a strong plus)Proven ability to lead teams (5–10 members) and manage multiple high-volume projects simultaneouslyStrong decision-making, negotiation, and vendor management skillsExcellent communication (emails, calls, client-facing)Deadline-driven with a “get it done” mindset - no follow-ups needed, no excusesStreet-smart, proactive problem solver who takes ownership end-to-endHigh integrity: honest, respectful, committed, and follows through on promisesPositive, energetic, growth-oriented mindset - someone who raises the bar for the teamBased out of DelhiIf you’re someone who genuinely enjoys project management, values a strong work culture, and wants to grow with a fast-moving team - this could be the right fit.
