The candidate will lead the service team, coordinate with the kitchen staff, and maintain smooth restaurant operations during service hours.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise waiters and service staff during shiftsEnsure excellent customer service and guest satisfactionTake customer orders and assist in service when requiredCoordinate between kitchen and floor staffHandle guest complaints professionallyMaintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining areaTrain new staff on service standards and restaurant policiesMonitor table setup, food presentation, and service qualityEnsure timely serving of food and beveragesAssist the Restaurant Manager in daily operationsRequired Skills & QualificationsMinimum 12th pass or diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management1–3 years of experience in restaurant or hotel serviceGood communication and interpersonal skillsLeadership and team-handling abilitiesBasic knowledge of food & beverage serviceAbility to work in rotational shiftsPreferred QualitiesSmart personality and grooming standardsCustomer-focused attitudeQuick problem-solving skillsPositive and professional behaviorSalary₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience and location)Working Hours9–10 hours per dayFlexible shifts including weekends and holidays
