Counselor

Overview:We are looking for a confident and experienced Counsellor who can guide students, build trust, and help them choose the right learning path.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, understands consultative sales, and can convert enquiries into admissions through strong communication and relationship building.Key Responsibilities:• Handle and follow up with all incoming leads and enquiries• Counsel students and doctors regarding courses, career opportunities, certifications, and batch structures• Conduct walk-in counselling and virtual consultations professionally• Explain course details, fee structure, and learning outcomes in a simple and convincing manner• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions• Coordinate with faculty and operations teams for demos, counselling sessions, and batch scheduling• Assist students during onboarding and pre-batch formalities• Represent the institute during workshops, CMEs, educational events, and promotional activities when requiredWhat We’re Looking For:• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi• Strong personality with confidence and professionalism• Prior experience in education counselling, admissions, training institutes, or sales• Good understanding of student psychology and relationship building• Comfortable using Excel, CRM systems, and basic computer tools• Candidates from aesthetic, healthcare, education, or luxury service backgrounds will be preferred
