Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sponsorship Manager, based in Delhi, India, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Sponsorship Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing sponsorship opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with sponsors, and creating strategies to maximize sponsorship revenue. Additional responsibilities include managing sponsorship activation, collaborating with internal teams to deliver on sponsor commitments, and overseeing the successful execution of sponsorship initiatives at events. Qualifications Strong expertise in Sponsorship Sales and Sponsorship ActivationSales and exceptional Communication skills, including negotiation and relationship-buildingExperience in Event Management and delivering on sponsor-related commitmentsAbility to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to a dynamic work scheduleExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsProven track record of meeting sales targets and managing sponsorship portfolios is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or related field
