Alongside a curated range of sneakers, we also offer vinyl, books, apparel, and art.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for delivering a seamless and high-quality customer experience across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be proactive, empathetic, and solution-oriented, ensuring every interaction reflects the VegNonVeg brand ethos.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries across email, chat, and social media platformsManage and resolve customer escalations in a timely and professional mannerIdentify customer needs and provide accurate, effective solutionsHandle refunds, returns, and order-related concerns with strong attention to detailMaintain clear, consistent communication aligned with the brand toneCollaborate with internal teams (operations, warehouse, etc.) to resolve issues efficientlyBuild trust and long-term relationships through empathetic and proactive supportEnsure every customer interaction results in a positive experienceQualifications & SkillsStrong customer service, customer satisfaction, and customer experience skillsPrior experience in customer support or handling customer interactionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathyStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilitiesFamiliarity with retail or e-commerce operations is a plusProficiency in multiple languages is an added advantageHigh school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications in customer service are a bonus)What We’re Looking ForA customer-first mindset with attention to detailStrong ownership and accountabilityAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentA genuine interest in sneakers, fashion, and culture is a must Experience Required: 2–3 years in a relevant customer service or support role
