At Kapable, we work with high-performing professionals who look confident on the outside but often carry pressure, overthinking, and emotional overload within.As a Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Trainer, you’ll help them slow down, build emotional clarity, and respond intentionally in moments that truly matter—conversations, conflicts, decisions, and leadership challenges.This is not therapy.This is emotional intelligence applied to real workplace realities.What You’ll DoOne-on-One Emotional CoachingWork closely with professionals to help them manage emotions in high-pressure situations.Guide learners through real workplace scenarios such as:-Difficult or emotionally charged conversations-Setting boundaries and saying “no” with clarity-Handling conflict without emotional escalation-Staying calm, grounded, and articulate under pressureEmotional Pattern AwarenessHelp learners identify patterns like overthinking, self-doubt, hesitation, or emotional reactivity.Support them in replacing automatic responses with intentional, effective behaviours.Confidence, Boundaries & AssertivenessEnable professionals to build:-Self-trust and inner confidence-Clear personal and professional boundaries-Assertiveness that is firm, respectful, and non-aggressivePractical Tools for Real LifeEquip learners with usable tools such as:-Emotional reframing techniques-Grounding and regulation strategies-Pause-and-respond frameworks-Ensure each session leads to immediate, practical application at work.What We’re Looking ForWe’re not looking for someone who only understands emotions conceptually.
