We havebeen providing ethical, effective, and holistic solutions for children and adolescents until the age of25 years for over 15 years.About Developmental Centre servicesDevelopmental Services at Children First cater to children's sensorimotor, linguistic, socio-emotional,and cognitive developmental needs with subtle or recognisable differences in their developmentaltrajectory.About the RoleAs a facilitator, you will oversee the coordination of our Developmental Centre services across ourcentres in Delhi and Gurgaon. You will be the intermediary between the client and the clinician for allnon-clinical aspects. This role involves managing one-time intake and long-term program schedules,coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and providing support to families throughout the process.Ensuring excellent client journeys at each step will be your primary goal.This is a full-time in-office role based in Delhi-NCRMonday to Saturday with the ability to work across our Delhi and Gurgaon centresResponsibilities● Coordinate and oversee the daily operations like attending client calls explaining programofferings, meeting clients in person, managing bookings, coordinating appointments withclients and clinicians, maintaining trackers, etc.● Provide information and support to families throughout the process and act as the point ofcontact for client feedback, grievances and escalations.● Ensure timely and efficient communication over email, calls, and WhatsApp with familiesregarding appointment details and maintain required documentation.● Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including clinical team, front desk, finance, product,and business for smooth delivery of the program.● Monitor program activities and make adjustments as necessary to ensure high client andclinician satisfaction● Ensure timely sharing of child reports and assist families in program enrollment● Address any concerns or questions from families and provide guidance on the next stepspost-intake or during the ongoing programs● Manage internal referrals for Developmental Centre services and act as the SPoC for parentand clinician● Prepare monthly reports and analyse data to identify areas for improvement.● Provide training and support for new launches as necessary.Qualifications1. Bachelor’s degree in any field. Desirable qualification in health2. 4-6 years of experience in program coordination, especially in a client-facing environmentSkills and Qualities1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in both English and Hindi.2. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to use Excel and work with data.3. Empathy and patience when working with children and families.4. High awareness and willingness to work in the Mental Health space.5. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.6. Proficiency in using electronic health records and other administrative software.7. Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.8. Responsive in terms of time- the ability to keep to targeted timelines.
