Founded by professionals with deep experience across sports business, corporate strategy, and athlete management, we advise federations, athletes, sports enterprises, and brands on building partnerships, commercial strategies, and long term value in the Indian sports ecosystem.About the RoleWe're looking for a sharp, well-networked business development professional to own the front end of our partnerships pipeline. Your job is to identify the right sponsors and partners for our clients, build relationships with decision makers, craft compelling pitches and bring qualified opportunities to the table.You won't be working alone, the founding team will work alongside you to structure and close every deal.What You'll DoIdentify and prospect potential sponsors, brand partners, and corporate stakeholders for clients across Indian sports.Build and nurture relationships with CMOs, brand managers, CSR heads and marketing decision makers.Develop sponsorship proposals, partnership decks and pitch materials tailored to each opportunity.Manage outreach across email, LinkedIn, calls and in-person meetings where needed.Research and track the sponsorship landscape: who's spending in sport, where the gaps are, what deals are getting done.Coordinate with the founding team to move qualified leads toward structuring and closure.You're a Fit If You Have2-6 years in business development, sponsorship sales, brand partnerships, or sports marketingA strong existing network across Indian corporates, brands, agencies, or sports organisations or the energy and instinct to build one fastThe ability to craft a sharp, persuasive pitch in a deck, on a call, or over a coffeeComfort working remotely in a lean, founder-led setup where ownership is real and output matters more than titlesGenuine interest in sport as a business, not just as entertainmentExperience in sports management firms, agencies, federations or CSR-led sponsorship is a strong plus.How to ApplyApply on Linkedin or send your CV to
