Designation: Educational CounsellorLocation: 131, 1st floor, RG Mall, Sector - 9, Rohini West, New DelhiWebsite: Working Type: Full TimeAbout the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Education Counsellor – MBBS Abroad to guide students and parents through the end-to-end admission process for MBBS programs in international universities.The ideal candidate should possess excellent counselling and communication skills, strong knowledge of global MBBS destinations, and a proven ability to convert high-quality leads into successful enrollments.Key Responsibilities:Provide expert counselling to students and parents regarding MBBS abroad opportunities in destinations such as Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Philippines, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan.Deliver accurate and updated information on eligibility criteria, NEET requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and university selection.Manage walk-ins, inbound leads, and follow-ups to ensure a high conversion rate.Assist students throughout the application lifecycle, including documentation, offer letters, and final enrollment.Collaborate with admissions, visa, and operations teams to ensure seamless student onboarding.Organize and conduct career counselling sessions, seminars, and education fairs.Maintain and regularly update student records in CRM systems.Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.Stay informed about latest MBBS abroad regulations, policies, and country-specific guidelines.Skills Required:Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills – Ability to effectively interact with students and parents, build trust, and provide clear guidance.Strong Counselling & Convincing Ability – Skilled in understanding student needs and converting leads into successful admissions.In-depth Knowledge of MBBS Abroad – Familiarity with top destinations, admission processes, NEET guidelines, and eligibility criteria.CRM & Computer Proficiency – Experience in managing data using CRM tools, MS Excel, and email communication.Team Collaboration – Ability to work closely with admissions, visa, and operations teams for smooth execution
