Job Title: Destination Manager – Australia & New ZealandLocation: DelhiDepartment: International Education / Study AbroadReports To: Business Head / Regional DirectorRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Destination Manager – Australia & New Zealand to lead B2C sales conversions, manage a team of counselors, and drive end-to-end student acquisition and visa success. The role requires strong leadership, sales ownership, and in-depth knowledge of the Australia & New Zealand education and visa landscape.Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Revenue OwnershipDrive B2C sales conversions for Australia & New Zealand study programsOwn and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targetsMonitor lead funnel, conversion ratios, and optimize performanceDevelop and execute sales strategies to maximize enrollments2. Team ManagementLead, mentor, and manage a team of study abroad counselorsSet individual and team KPIs (calls, conversions, applications, visas)Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessionsEnsure high-quality counseling and customer experience3. End-to-End Student Lifecycle ManagementOversee the complete student journey: lead → counseling → application → offer → visa → enrollmentEnsure adherence to timelines and process efficiencyMaintain high conversion rates across all stages4. Visa & Compliance ManagementDrive visa success rates and meet visa approval targetsStay updated on Australia & New Zealand visa regulationsRequired Candidate Profile5–10 years of experience in study abroad / international education salesStrong knowledge of Australia & New Zealand education systems and visa processesProven experience in B2C sales and team managementExcellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skillsTarget-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesWork schedule: Monday- Saturday, Sunday off.
