Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Delhi, India. The Clinic Head will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at Coral Dental’s clinic, ensuring exceptional patient care and efficient workflow. Responsibilities include managing clinic staff, monitoring compliance with healthcare regulations, leading by example in dental practices, and promoting professional development within the team. The Clinic Head will also collaborate with management to drive the clinic's strategic goals and maintain high standards of service delivery. Qualifications Expertise in Dentistry and related healthcare services, with strong clinical skills to ensure excellent patient careExperience in Medical Education and a commitment to skill development and mentorshipKnowledge of Research practices to support continuous improvement in care methodologiesUnderstanding of Medicine and Healthcare industry practices, particularly related to regulatory complianceProven leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dentistry (BDS/MDS) or equivalent qualificationPrevious experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a healthcare or dental clinic setting is preferred
