Job Title: Vocational Specialist(Excellent Communication)Experience: 7–10 YearsJob Summary:We are looking for a skilled Vocational Engineer with strong hands-on experience in CNC machines, hydraulics systems, lathe machines, and robotics. The role involves a mix of technical operations, client engagement, product demonstrations, and pre-sales support. The ideal candidate should be capable of bridging technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot CNC machines, lathe machines, and hydraulic systemsWork on robotics machines including setup, basic programming support, and troubleshootingProvide technical support and solutions based on customer requirementsConduct product demonstrations, machine trials, and technical presentations for clientsSupport sales team in pre-sales activities, including requirement analysis and solution designInteract with clients to understand needs and recommend appropriate products/solutionsAssist in installation, commissioning, and post-installation supportCoordinate with internal teams for project execution and timely deliveryPrepare technical documentation, reports, and demonstration materialsEnsure adherence to safety standards and operational best practicesRequired Qualifications & Skills:B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical7–10 years of hands-on experience with CNC, hydraulics, lathe machines, and robotics systemsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilitiesExperience in client handling, technical discussions, and solution presentationGood understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial automationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsKey Competencies:Technical expertise with practical approachCustomer-focused mindsetEffective communication and presentation skillsAnalytical thinking and solution orientationAbility to work independently and in cross-functional teams
