Effective communication between operations teams, plants and customers to prepare inspections2. Coordinate closely with factories to validate the inspection date and factory address following client's requirements.3. Work together with the account managers to provide accurate information and excellent service to our customers.4. Track client portfolios to ensure they are using tools correctly.5. Work with operations and marketing team to maintain customer satisfaction.6. Other tasks assigned by the managerRequirements：1. College degree or above, more than 1 year experience in customer service or other work.2. Good English listening, reading and writing skills.3. With good service consciousness and interpersonal skills, professional, friendly.4. Good communication and understanding skills and cross-team spirit.
