Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Advocate based in Delhi, India. The Associate Advocate will handle legal research and drafting, appear before courts and tribunals, collaborate on case strategies, and provide legal consultations. Responsibilities also include liaising with clients, interpreting legal documents, and assisting in the preparation and filing of pleadings, applications, and other legal documents. Qualifications Proficient in Legal Research, Legal Writing, and Drafting SkillsStrong understanding of Indian legal frameworks, litigation procedures, and regulatory complianceExcellent client communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage case files, prepare arguments, and appear in courtDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skillsBachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institutionEnrollment with the Bar Council and eligibility to practice in courts in IndiaRelevant work experience in litigation or legal consulting is a plus
