Together, the brands are building a performance-driven ecosystem focused on growth, customer experience, and operational excellence.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Google & Meta Ads Specialist based in New Delhi. The specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).The role focuses on driving hotel bookings, restaurant reservations, event enquiries, and footfall for both UNO Hotels and RARA Bar & Grill. The candidate will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to improve performance, maximise ROI, and scale revenue through paid channels.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)Drive hotel bookings, restaurant reservations, and event enquiries through performance marketingManage campaign structure, budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targetingConduct keyword research and audience segmentation for high-performing campaignsOptimise campaigns for ROAS, conversion rate, and cost per lead/bookingSet up and manage conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API)Build and scale remarketing and retargeting funnels across platformsRun location-based campaigns for UK hospitality marketsPerform A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, and landing pagesMonitor performance and provide weekly reports with actionable insightsCollaborate with design and content teams to create high-converting ad creativesIdentify opportunities for campaign scaling, automation, and performance improvementRequired SkillsStrong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads platformsIn-depth knowledge of conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, CAPI)Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS)Experience with audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel buildingAbility to analyse campaign data and optimise for performanceStrong understanding of paid media strategy and scaling campaignsExperience 3–4 years of experience in Google & Meta AdsProven ability to drive leads, bookings, or revenueExperience in hospitality or local business marketing preferredFamiliarity with UK or international markets is a plusBachelor’s degree in a relevant field
