WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR For our ongoing and upcoming client engagements in India, we are looking to onboard experienced Senior Consultants (on Associate / Contractual basis) who can step in and own outcomes alongside us.The Senior Consultant will collaborate with business and functional leaders and project teams of our clients towards delivering transformative impact. The Senior Consultant will design and execute strategic change initiatives - identify real issues through focused data analysis, define breakthrough solutions with outside-in perspective, while guiding client teams towards execution and sustainable results. This is a variable fee, engagement-linked role - not a full-time employment. But it is also not passive or occasional - we are looking for professionals who can commit meaningfully when engaged. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR You have at least 15+ years of transformation / change experience in mid to large sized organizations within discrete and continuous manufacturing with at least 5 years in internal / external consulting roles.You have driven transformation initiatives across the organizational value chain (manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, sales & marketing, R&D, and corporate centre functions such as HR, Finance, etc.).You have deep fluency in Operational Excellence and Strategic Innovation frameworks, such as Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Agile, TPM etc. - not as mere certifications but as lenses you instinctively reach for. You have strong collaboration, analytical and problem-solving skills and have delivered tangible business outcomes on consistent basis throughout your professional journey.You are proficient with Microsoft / Google Office suites, passionate about and enjoy data analysis and visualization (Excel, Power BI, Minitab etc.), and have been dealing with Gen AI, RPA, ML and other exponential technologies (IoT, Sensors, Blockchain etc.).
