This foundation gives Morpho Dimensions a unique edge—pairing the creative and technical rigour of an internationally awarded practice with the agility and responsiveness of a new-age turnkey delivery team.Role: Supervise and coordinate on-site activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are metCollaborate with designers, contractors, and clients to communicate project requirements and updatesInspect and evaluate work progress to identify any issues or deviations from design plansManage project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and material ordersEnsure compliance with safety regulations and quality control measuresRequirementsPrevious experience in interior design or site supervisionStrong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniquesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectivelyDetail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality resultsProficiency in project management tools and software is a plusExposure in Corporate Offices is required
