The Group is also active in the production and marketing of sports and entertainment content on a global scale.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Project Manager, an expert in leading end to end projects in a dynamic digital environment at a full funnel digital agency. He/She should possess the ability to work in a fast paced unstructured environment. This person will be working with the Director of Projects and be a part of a PMO team. The PMO team is responsible for vetting all projects that are getting contracted & ensuring all contracted projects and their deliverables are on track. This would involve a clear understanding of project management processes and ability to apply them as applicable to the various scenarios in day to day operations across teams. This role will be based from one of our major cities, however you can expect an element of travel should we need your expertise for one of our Interstate clients.Roles and Responsibilities:Project Planning, Resourcing, Designing & signing off on contractsTake the needs and challenges of a client and partner with them to formulate the delivery road map and project plans to support business strategies and goalsManage delivery scope, budgets and risks throughout the lifecycle of the projectNavigate teams through all phases of project delivery to ensure successful delivery of projects & their milestonesOversee project documentation, if anyRisk Management & Error log maintenance, as applicableManage stakeholder relationshipsReview project progress at regular intervals and generate reports for presenting to external & internal stakeholders as applicableOptimize processes and resources, as applicable throughout the lifecycle of the projectManage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniquesIndicate growth opportunities, with respect to PMO team or clients, as appropriateMeasure & Report project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesKey Requirements:Proven project management experience of at least 3 to 4 years of total experience in leading end to end IT projects with multiple stakeholdersProven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timelineExperience planning and managing human, financial, material, and information resourcesMust be articulate and possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenProblem solving abilityAbility to educate & coach stakeholders on right project management practicesGood to haveAccount development experience; creating, maintaining and/or enhancing customer relationships that have yielded business opportunity Masters in Business Administration / Prince2 certification / PMP certificationExcellent Excel SkillsInclusion and DiversityWe’re proud to be different and that starts with our people.
