No 3D skills required.This is not a “nice-to-have” product.It directly impacts conversion rates and revenue for our customers.The RoleThis is not a typical marketing or sales role.You are not here to:Post contentRun adsDo “brand awareness”You are here to drive revenue.You will own the entire sales pipeline:Lead generation → Outreach → Demo → Conversion → RetentionIf you’re not comfortable being measured on numbers, conversions, and revenue, this role is not for you.What You’ll Actually Do1. Build & Own the Sales FunnelDesign and execute the full funnel: Lead → Demo → Conversion → RetentionIdentify drop-offs and fix them aggressivelyContinuously optimize messaging and conversion points2. Lead Generation & ProspectingIdentify high-quality leads across furniture brands, retailers, and enterprisesBuild targeted lists and outreach strategiesFocus on high-intent, high-value prospects3. High-Volume Outreach Execute outreach at scale via email, LinkedIn, Instagram, and callsPersonalize messaging while maintaining high outputManage hundreds of conversations simultaneouslyFollow up relentlessly and close loops4. Sales & DemosConduct product demos tailored to each prospectClearly communicate how REPLACI increases conversionsHandle objections and push deals to closure5. Conversion & Revenue OwnershipTake full ownership of closing dealsHit weekly and monthly revenue targetsWork directly with the founder to refine the sales strategy6.
