You will partner with Delivery teams and the Tech CoE to transform manual operations into intelligent, self-healing workflows. This is a journey: starting with foundational scripting and RPA, establishing event-driven triggers, and ultimately deploying Agentic AI that can make decisions and execute remediation autonomously.What you'll doDiscovery: Partner with Delivery/Infra teams to identify manual processes and incident patterns suitable for automation. –Foundation: Build and maintain automation scripts (Python, Bash, Ansible) and RPA bots to handle routine tasks. –Event-Driven Logic: Configure monitoring alerts and triggers that initiate workflows based on real-time incidents. –Agentic AI: Design AI agents that can /"reason/" over alerts—analyzing logs and deciding which tools to execute without human intervention. –Integration: Orchestrate workflows across ServiceNow, Monitoring tools, and Cloud APIs. - Must-have skillsCore Automation: Deep expertise in Ansible and strong scripting in Python/Bash. AIOps Experience: Proven track record in Infra SSL or Shared Services environments. –Tools: Familiarity with monitoring platforms (Prometheus, Dynatrace, Datadog) and ITSM APIs. Agentic/GenAI: Experience (or strong working knowledge) of building AI workflows (LangChain, LlamaIndex, custom Agents). Mindset: A strong /"automation-first/" philosophy.
