Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business DeliveryDrive sales targets, conversion, and ATV for the SISMaximize productivity within limited retail spaceIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunities2. Brand Representation & Visual MerchandisingEnsure SIS reflects brand identity and VM guidelines at all timesMaintain product display, signage, and hygiene standardsCoordinate with VM teams for seasonal updates3. Customer ExperienceDeliver premium and consistent customer serviceHandle customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectivelyDrive repeat business and customer loyalty4. Team ManagementManage and supervise SIS staff / promotersDrive daily briefing, grooming, and performance trackingEnsure training on product knowledge and selling skills5. Inventory & Stock ManagementMonitor stock availability, replenishment, and stock rotationEnsure zero stock-outs on key SKUsMaintain inventory accuracy and minimize shrinkage6. Partner Store CoordinationBuild strong relationships with host store managementEnsure smooth operations within partner store policiesCoordinate on space allocation, promotions, and visibility7.
