Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Google and Meta Ads Specialist (D2C). The specialist will manage and optimize ad campaigns on Google and Meta platforms to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Key responsibilities include designing, setting up, and monitoring ad campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, conducting A/B testing, and reporting on key performance metrics. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies and budgets will also be part of the role. Qualifications Proficiency in managing Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) advertising campaignsStrong skills in data analysis, performance tracking, and campaign optimization techniquesExperience in audience targeting, keyword research, and budget managementFamiliarity with A/B testing, conversion tracking, and attribution modelsKnowledge of D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) marketing strategies and e-commerce environmentsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldExperience in children's products or toy industry is a plus
