The role requires strong execution rigor, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery & ExecutionLead multiple projects from initiation to closure within defined scope, timelines, and budgetsDefine project charters, milestones, dependencies, and success metricsDrive execution excellence with proactive risk identification and mitigationStakeholder ManagementAct as a single point of contact for business, technology, and cross-functional teamsManage senior stakeholders, drive alignment, and enable timely decision-makingEnsure clear, concise, and data-driven project communicationGovernance, Risk & ComplianceMaintain project governance through dashboards, RAID logs, and status reportsIdentify risks/issues and drive structured resolution mechanismsEnsure adherence to organizational project management standardsResource & Performance ManagementPlan and optimize resource allocation across projectsTrack project KPIs and drive continuous improvement in delivery effectivenessExperience & QualificationsB.Tech/B.E & MBA (Good to have)6–8 years of experience in managing end-to-end projects in mid/large organizationsProven experience in handling multiple concurrent projectsStrong exposure to Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models Experience in stakeholder management, governance, and risk managementExposure to Digital Transformation, Process Improvement, or enterprise-wide programs (HR projects as an added advantage)PMP / PRINCE2 / CSM (certified or in progress)Technical & ToolsHands-on experience with tools such as MS Project, Excel (Mandatory), Jira, AsanaStrong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) (Non-negotiable) Ability to manage project plans, dashboards, and executive reportingBehavioral CompetenciesStrong ownership mindset and problem-solving abilityEffective communication, presentation, and stakeholder influencing skillsAbility to work under pressure in a dynamic environmentPreferred ProfileCandidates from Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Thane & Adjoining Areas.Experience working with cross-functional or global teams.Important Note:This role requires hands-on project management experience with end-to-end ownership.
