Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tendering Specialist based in New Delhi. The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for managing tenders, analyzing requirements, communicating with stakeholders, writing proposals, and coordinating procurement activities. Qualifications Tender Management and Procurement skills Analytical Skills and Communication skills Proposal Writing ability Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time-management skills Previous experience in tendering or procurement processes Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field Tender Identification & Monitoring: Monitor portals such as GEM, CPPP, IREPS, BHEL, eProcure, MoD and state portals. Identify relevant tenders, track deadlines, corrigendums, and updates. • Tender Document Management: Download and analyze tender documents. Understand eligibility, technical and financial requirements. Coordinate with internal teams for inputs. • Tender Preparation & Submission: Prepare technical and commercial bids. Ensure accurate documentation including GST, PAN, registrations, financials, and past work orders. Upload bids on GEM and other portals. • GEM Portal Management: Handle product listings, catalogue creation, price updates, order acceptance, invoicing, and enquiry tracking. • Coordination & Communication: Liaise with sales, technical, finance, and management teams. Attend pre-bid meetings (online/offline) and prepare MOMs. • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain tender trackers, submission status, results, and prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports. Ensure audit-ready documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications • Strong knowledge of e-tendering, GEM, and government procurement portals • Excellent documentation, coordination, and communication skills • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting • Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet strict deadlines.
