Job Description:
Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the review and follow‑up resolution of after‑sales service case in India.Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of after‑sales service stations in India, and for improving their service capabilities.Responsible for reducing the after‑sales cost ratio and the number of DOA cases.Responsible for monthly spare parts inventory, ordering, and sales.Responsible for monthly customer follow‑ups and satisfaction surveys.Responsible for collecting and feedback information of service suppliers, coordinate and handle product quality accidents, and maintain a good relationship.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or above; Science or Engineering majors are preferred.Fluent spoken English, able to use English as a working language.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; detail-oriented and responsible.Good learning ability, communication and coordination skills, with a strong sense of responsibility.
