With a strong presence across India and being largest independent power producer with an installed capacity of around 3000 MW, it plays a pivotal role in supporting the nation’s growing energy needs and strengthening energy security.Role OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Senior FP&A professional to lead financial planning, budgeting, performance analytics, and board-level reporting for a large-scale power business (₹5000+ crore). The role requires deep financial expertise, strong modeling capability, and the ability to partner with business and leadership teams to drive strategic decision-making.Major KRAs:Lead FP&A function,drive strategic financial planning, forecasting, and performance management..Financial Planning & BudgetingLead preparation of annual O&M budgets across plants and corporate functionsDrive CAPEX planning aligned with capacity expansion and regulatory frameworksEnsure adherence to cost benchmarks and regulatory norms.Long-Term Financial ModelingDevelop integrated financial models covering:P&LBalance SheetCash FlowShareholder returns/dividendsSupport tariff-based and regulated return models (where applicable).
